Faulty products will need to be collected and tested before any refunds can be considered.

All products need to be assessed before any credits can be issued. To book an assessment, kindly contact our after sales agents Mastercare candy@mastercare.co.za or 087 803 9800.

Upon receiving any of your newly Rosieres products always make sure to take a photo of the product in its original packing before opening. Keep this image as reference should you require to submit any claims related to physical damage. Without this image, we cannot process claims related to physical damage.

For damaged units, you are required to send the photo of the product and the product in its original packaging before sending the product back via a Courier. Any physical damage to your new product needs to be reported within 24hours of receiving your product. No physical damage claims can occur after 24hours of your delivery.

Should a unit be transported out of the South African borders, the warranty on the unit is void and will no longer apply.

For returns the original Packaging required, 30% Handling fee for unused open box returns.
