Egg casserole
For 4 ramekins
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of heavy cream
- Fresh herbs (chives, chervil, parsley)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Place an egg in each ramekin. Add 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche per ramekin, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 4 min at 200 degrees.
Sprinkle with herbs out of the oven and serve with mouillettes.
